THe Cabins

 Units have been remodeled with carpeting throughout. Each unit has a flat screen television, fireplace and sliding glass patio doors leading to a large sun deck with patio furniture. There are outdoor grills available for your barbecuing pleasure and a fire pit. 

Both units have Direct TV, electric stoves and refrigerators with freezers, automatic forced air gas heat, major cooking and serving utensils, (pots, pans, silverware, glasses, etc.), toasters, coffee makers and microwaves. 

 Linens and/or towels are not provided in the rate and should be brought with you. Ample blankets are provided. A limited amount of linens are available on prior request. The rate of $18.00/set includes two pillow cases and two sheets. Beds will be made for you and are included in the rates.

A special, well-lighted, screened fish house is provided for cleaning fish and game. NO FISH OR GAME CLEANING IN COTTAGES, PLEASE.

We have one paddle boat and two canoes for our guests to use at no extra charge. Please have fun and be careful while doing so. Don't take the paddle boat or canoes out in rough or deep water.

Important Notice: Each occupant of a boat must have a coast guard approved life-saving vest and, if boat is propelled by motor after sunset, you must have proper lighting as required by law. (We do not supply life saving vests or lights.)

  Boat Docking & Pier Facilities: We have one large pier which will dock four boats comfortably. We encourage you to bring your own boats as there is plenty of room. Those bringing their own boats are responsible for their safekeeping and tie-up protection such as bumpers, etc.

No Pets please. Special accomodations can be made for those who have service animals or other special circumstances. Additional fee  for these animals may apply.

Check-in time:  after 3:00pm 

Check-out time: promptly 9:00am (Caretakers must clean) 

Special arrangments can be made during the off-season for early check-in or late check-out.

 A 25% deposit must accompany all reservations.  The balance is due two weeks before arrival date.  In the event of cancellation, deposits will be returned provided we fill the vacancy.
